2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you strictly authorize when using our social publishing and scheduling features:

• Account Details: Your name, email address, company name, and timezone when you register an account.
• OAuth & Social Media Tokens: When you connect social accounts (such as Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional Accounts, LinkedIn Profiles/Pages, YouTube Channels, and WhatsApp Business), we receive authenticated tokens and public profile identifiers (such as Page ID, Account Name, and Avatar URL) from the respective platform.
• Published Content & Media: Text captions, images, videos, scheduled publication timestamps, and destination URLs you submit to be published.
• Operational & Audit Logs: Timestamps, publication delivery results, response latency, and IP addresses to maintain security and deliverability tracking.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To publish, schedule, and automate posts to your authorized social accounts on your behalf.
• To run automated health checks and refresh expiring OAuth access tokens so your scheduled campaigns run uninterrupted.
• To compute delivery analytics (publishing success rates, post impressions, and engagement data).
• To maintain audit trails and prevent unauthorized access or abuse.
• We NEVER sell, rent, or monetize your personal information, tokens, or content to third parties or advertising networks.

4. Security & Encryption of Credentials

All social platform access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256-CBC encryption. Raw token strings are never stored in plain text, never exposed in JSON responses, and never logged in error reports.

5. Third-Party Platform Terms & Integrations

Our application connects with third-party APIs. By utilizing these connections, you also agree to comply with:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram): Meta Terms of Service and Meta Platform Terms.
• LinkedIn: LinkedIn User Agreement and API Terms.
• YouTube (Google): YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion

You have complete control over your connected accounts and stored data at all times:

• Disconnecting Accounts: You can disconnect any social account with one click from the Social Accounts dashboard (`/social-accounts`). This immediately revokes and purges all stored tokens for that account.
• Complete Data Erasure: Please visit our Data Deletion Instructions Page or email us at admin@prayoshatechnology.com to request full erasure of your account, media, and records.
